Chicken Sandwich recipe by Sobia Zulfi.
Boiled chicken pieces mix in mayo with lettuce on top makes a light but healthy snack with tea or as a starter.

Chicken

boiled and mashed 1 cup
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Ground Black pepper Click to find more about Black pepper

1/2 tsp or according to your taste
Salt Click to find more about Salt

to taste
Bread slices 6
Lettuce few leaves

Put mashed chicken Click to find more about chicken

in a bowl.
Add mayonnaise and all the other ingredients.
Mix well.
Spread the prepared mixture on the bread slice.
Put lettuce on it.
Cover it with another slice of bread.
Cut all the edges of sandwich and slice it into a trinagle shape.
Ready to serve.
Serve with ketchup or hot sauce.
