Chicken Masala Rice recipe by Sumreen.
Quick and easy recipe of a chicken cooked with flavored rice.
Rice (half boiled) one plate
Chicken 1-2 cup
Onion 1-2 cup
Soy sauce 1-2 tbs
Garam masala 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Corriander to taste
Oil 1/2 cup
Ginger 1 tab sp
Ajinomoto to taste
Fry onion, chicken and ginger until chicken tenders.
Then add salt, ajinomotto, soy sauce and mix them.
Now add rice and garam masala.
Then put them on low heat for 5 min.
Garnish with corriander leaves and serve with raita or chutney.
Note: chicken can be substituted with any kind of meat of your choice.
