Chicken Kentucy recipe by Salma.
A crispy fried chicken recipe. Marinade of flavorsome spices along with lemon juice adds a delicious taste to this fried chicken.

Ingredients
1 chickenClick to find more about chicken cut in to 6pc
1 lemon juice
SaltClick to find more about Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 2tsp
TurmericClick to find more about Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Greenchillies 4 paste
GarlicClick to find more about Garlic 4 paste
CornClick to find more about Corn flour 250gms
2 eggs beaten
Oil to fry

Preparation
Marinade the chickenClick to find more about chicken with all the above ingredients except Eggs and CornClick to find more about Corn flour for atleast 2 hrs.
Then take a piece one by one dip first in cornClick to find more about corn flour then in beaten egg and then again in cornClick to find more about corn flour and then fry the entire chickenClick to find more about chicken pc at medim heat till golden and serve with tomatoClick to find more about tomato ketchup and french fries.
