Black Chilli Chicken recipe by Nazia Nazar.
Chicken pieces prepared in soya sauce, chilies and spices.


Ingredients
ChickenClick to find more about Chicken 750 gms
Soya Sauce 500 ml
Dry Red Chillie 10-15
Oil 100 ml
Curry LeavesClick to find more about Curry Leaves 1 small bunch
Coriander LeavesClick to find more about Coriander Leaves 1 small bunch (Cleaned and finely chopped)
SaunfClick to find more about Saunf 1 table spoon


Preparation
Take a heavy bottomed kadai.
Heat oil and place the chopped chickenClick to find more about chicken pieces.
Pour Soya sauce covering all the pieces.
Cook over low fire till the pieces are tender and finely cooked.
Remove the cooked pieces from the kadai.
Heat oil. Season with saunfClick to find more about saunf, split the red chillie, curry leavesClick to find more about curry leaves and coriander leavesClick to find more about coriander leaves.
Put the cooked chickenClick to find more about chicken pieces and turn the pieces with a broad spatula.
Cook till chickenClick to find more about chicken pieces leave oil and are separated from one another.
Serve hot with rice.
