Aloo Ki Tilwali Tiki recipe by Farhat.
Potatoes packed with seasame seeds with a hint of anardana and mango powder to give a tangy flavor.

Ingredients
8 potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed,
4 slices of bread soaked in a little milk & mashed,
1 tsp anardanaClick to find more about anardana pounded,
1 tsp amchur (mangoClick to find more about mango powder),
1 tsp mintClick to find more about mint leaves minced,
2 tbsp coriander leavesClick to find more about coriander leaves, 1/2 cup cashewnutsClick to find more about cashewnuts pounded coarsely,
1 cup sesame seedsClick to find more about sesame seeds,
Oil for frying


Preparation
Mix and knead all ingredients well except some sesame seedsClick to find more about sesame seeds and oil,
Make small rolls and dip each roll over in sesame seedsClick to find more about sesame seeds, deep fry till golden, drain on absorbent paper and serve with dahiClick to find more about dahi ki chutney.
