Aloo Gravy recipe by Sarahj.
A typical aloo curry in tomato puree. It has a flavor of all the spices along with ginger/garlic and a hint of lemon.


Ingredients
4 Big Potatoes
2 Green Chillies Chopped
2 Large Onions
4 Table Spoon tomatoClick to find more about tomato Puree
2 Teaspoon Kalongi
1 Teaspoon Lal Mirch powder
1/2 Teaspoon haldiClick to find more about haldi powder
1 Teaspoon zeeraClick to find more about zeera powder
1 Teaspoon coriander powder
1 Table spoon gingerClick to find more about ginger garlicClick to find more about garlic paste
1 Teaspoon Chat Masala
A little lemon squeezed


Preparation
In one pan heat oil.
Fry the onions and ones the onions are brown add the gingerClick to find more about ginger/garlicClick to find more about garlic paste and kalongi.
Next at all the masala's.
Then add cut potatoes, fry in the oil till the masala mixes well.
Add the tomatoClick to find more about tomato puree and lemon squeeze. Then add two cups of water.
Let it cook till the potatoes are tender.
Add green chillies.
Serve with puree or naan.
