Aloo Gobi Masala recipe by Tahseen.
Team this dish with plain boiled rice or hot chapatis.


Ingredients
1 lb potatoes, cut into medium chunks.
2 tbs oil
1 tsp cumin seedsClick to find more about cumin seeds
1 green chilliClick to find more about green chilli chopped
1 lb cauliflower, broken into florets
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground
1 tsp ground
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp ground turmericClick to find more about turmeric
1/2 tsp saltClick to find more about salt
Chopped fresh coriander, to garnish.


Preparation
Boil the potatoes in a saucepan for 10 min drain and keep aside.
Heat oil in large heavy based frying pan and fry cumin seedsClick to find more about cumin seeds and add chilli and fry for 1 min.
Add the cauliflower florets and fry ,stirring for 5 min.
Add the potatoes and ground spices and saltClick to find more about salt and cook for further 7-10 min, or until the vegetables are tender. garnish with fresh coriander.

this is totaly rubbish u even dont know how to play with veges u dumbo poo head!!!!!!!!!!
